Eight flows for an AI voice platform selling to eCommerce. Four transactional, where a rich card replaces something that currently costs a phone call or a courier trip, and four promotional, which run on a separate agent and need marketing opt-in. Trigger one, tap the buttons, watch the ledger. Everything is mocked, no carrier involved.

What to try
On COD, tap Cancel. That is an order that would otherwise ship, come back, and cost you an RTO.
On failed delivery, tap "Pick a slot" to see a second card come back, a two step conversation
inside a notification.
For the promotional side, untick marketing opt-in and try Abandoned cart. It refuses to send,
which is the real behaviour, not a nicety. Then tick it on and watch the carousel arrive from
UrbanBasket Offers, a different agent name in the same thread. Tap Stop offers on the win back
card and the opt-in flips itself back off.
Finally tick Force SMS fallback and trigger anything: same information, no buttons, no carousel,
and the customer has to phone you. That contrast is the entire business case.
